Which brands are present in IDIS?
At present, the following brands are present in IDIS:

Who does compile the data in IDIS?
The data in IDIS is compiled by the vehicle manufacturer and is not reviewed or controlled by any other institution.



2. Order IDIS

Who can obtain an access to IDIS?
An access to the IDIS system is provided only to commercial enterprises in the ELV business.

How can I get access to IDIS?
ELV treatment operators can request access by completing the order form online (Order IDIS)

How much does IDIS costs?
Access to IDIS is provided free of charge to commercial enterprises in the ELV business.



3. Technical questions

I can not login to IDIS - "Invalid Login"
The user name and pass word you received is valid only once for downloading the access key. The access key is a small application which should be saved on your PC. Make sure that you click “save” instead of “open” after entering your user name and pass word.

After that an username/password is no longer necessary. One IDIS access key has successfully been saved to your hard disk, user name and pass word are no longer required. Should you enquire any problems with your user name and/ or pass word, please use the online order form to order a new username/password. (Order IDIS).

What if I do not have internet access?
If you do not have internet access, you can access IDIS via DVD. To get an IDIS DVD, please complete the IDIS order form. (Order IDIS).

What are the technical specifications of IDIS?
The minimum system requirements for IDIS are:

1800 MB HD (for full install)
